  • Infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Miscellaneous
